We are an occupational therapy practice focusing on disorders of the TMJ and associated oral and facial pain in Albuquerque, NM. We specialize in treating jaw pain, headache, neck, and shoulder pain. What is a superbill? We are an out-of-network provider. Superbills are a detailed description of services provided and fees paid which is then submitted to insurance.
Private insurance policies have out-of-network benefits that they will reimburse directly to you. Your superbill will be provided to you following your session.
Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare cannot be super billed.
